Questions, answered
How is my fare calculated?
Each vehicle has a base fare, a per-km rate and a per-minute rate, with a minimum fare. The app shows the total for your route before you book.
Can I pay in cash?
Yes. Choose Cash when booking and pay the captain at the end of the trip. You can also pay online with UPI, cards or net banking.
What is the trip PIN?
A 4-digit code shown in your app. The captain needs it to start the trip, which confirms you are in the right vehicle.
Can I cancel a ride?
Yes, from the ride screen until the trip starts.
I left something in the vehicle. What do I do?
Write to us from the Contact page with your ride date and time. We will reach out to the captain.
