Every captain uploads a driving licence, RC, insurance and photo. Our team checks them before the captain can go online.

The ride starts only after the captain enters the 4-digit PIN from your app. No PIN, no trip.

See the captain moving towards you on the map, follow the route, and share a live link with family until you reach.

One tap on SOS during a trip alerts our safety team with your ride and location, and lets you call 112 right away.

Customers rate the captain after every trip. Low ratings are reviewed and can lead to removal from the platform.

Report a problem with a trip from the Contact page. Safety reports are handled first.
